Local Delivery Schedule and Policies

1. Delivery Days:

  • Designated Delivery Days: Deliveries will only be made on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed on a Wednesday or Saturday after 12:00 PM (Noon) will be processed for delivery on the next scheduled delivery day.
    • Example: An order placed after 12:00 PM on Wednesday will be delivered on Saturday. An order placed after 12:00 PM on Saturday will be delivered on the following Wednesday.

2. Delivery Responsibility:

  • Delivery Confirmation: A confirmation email or message will be sent once the delivery has been completed.
  • Product Responsibility: The company is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged products once delivery has been confirmed.
    • It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure a secure location for delivery or to make alternative arrangements to receive the package.

3. Delivery Address:

  • Accurate Information: Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address to ensure proper delivery. The company will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Special Instructions: Any special delivery instructions (e.g., secure locations, access codes) must be provided at the time of order.

4. Exceptions & Exclusions:

  • Public Holidays: If a designated delivery day falls on a public holiday, deliveries will be made on the next available delivery day.
  • Weather Delays: In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, deliveries may be delayed. Customers will be notified of any changes to the delivery schedule.

5. No Liability for Delays:

  • The company will not be held liable for any delays in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, or transportation issues.

6. Customer Acknowledgment:

  • By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these delivery policies. It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand these rules before making a purchase.
